Do not adjust your computer monitor. There is nothing wrong with the picture.

(clockwise from top--Cheyenne, Puma, Maggie, Emma, Willie).

Here's the thing. The run is very shady, even on bright sunny days. A digital camera has enough trouble focusing on a moving dog in good light. Some dogs have fur that confuses the autofocus even more. For some reason, my camera can focus pretty well on Puma, the little tan amstaff mix at the center of the image directly above--then goes all Gerhard Richter on the others. Well, Cheyenne is more Renoir. Maybe Emma is channeling Degas. It's a rich tapestry.

But it's kind of artistic, isn't it? Don't answer that.

Max, Cheyenne, and Willie--sure, they'll hold still if I have the ball...

Bailey and Emma.

"Did you ever have one of those days where everything was a blur?"
